Potvrzení účasti
Vaše rezervace se stává platnou po odeslání online přihlášky a zaplacení zálohy nebo plného kurzovného. V případě, že zvolíte variantu zálohy, doplatek probíhá na místě v hotovosti před začátkem akce.
Storno podmínky
Při zrušení účasti z vaší strany déle než 20 dnů před zahájením dílny bude účtován administrativní poplatek ve výši 200 Kč a platba bude vrácena zpět na Váš účet.
Při zrušení účasti z vaší strany méně než 20 dnů účtujeme poplatek ve výši zálohy dílny. Můžete za sebe poslat náhradníka.
Při zrušení účasti z vaší strany méně než 10 dní před začátkem dílny je celá platba nevratná. Můžete za sebe poslat náhradníka.
V případě změny místa či času konání akce ze strany organizátora může účastník zrušit svou účast na akci s tím, že je mu, dosud učiněná platba, vracena.
V případě zrušení dílny ze strany organizátora, je všem účastníkům zaslán informační email o zrušení dílny. Do týdne po původním termínu konání dílny jsou pak rozeslány dosud učiněné platby v plné výši, a to na účet ze kterého byla platba učiněna.
Zdravotní a psychická zodpovědnost
Účastník se dílny účastní plně na svou zodpovědnost. Organizátoři nenesou zodpovědnost za fyzické či psychické újmy a materiální škody (např. ztráty hmotných věcí či cenností), které se mohou účastníkovi v průběhu dílny přihodit.
Ochrana soukromí
Veškeré osobní údaje uvedené v přihlášce budou sloužit pouze pro potřeby organizátora a lektora akce. Obdržené údaje neposkytujeme třetím stranám.
Conditions of participation and payment terms
Confirmation of participation
Your reservation becomes valid upon submission of the online application form and payment of the deposit or full workshop price. If you choose the deposit option, the balance is payable on the spot in cash before the event.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your participation more than 20 days before the workshop, an administration fee of 200 CZK (EU equivalent at the current exchange rate) will be charged and the payment will be refunded to your account.
Cancellations made by you less than 20 days will be charged a fee equal to the workshop deposit. You can send a substitute for yourself.
In case of cancellation on your part less than 10 days before the start of the workshop, the entire payment is non-refundable. You may send a substitute for yourself.
In the event of a change of venue or time by the organizer, the participant may cancel his/her participation in the event with a refund of the payment made to date.
In case of cancellation of the workshop by the organizer, an information email is sent to all participants about the cancellation of the event. Within a week after the original date of the workshop, the payments made so far are sent out in full to the account from which the payment was made.
Health and psychological responsibility
Participants attend the workshop entirely at their own risk. The organisers are not responsible for physical or psychological injuries and material damages (e.g. loss of material items or valuables) that may occur to the participant during the workshop.
Privacy policy
All personal information provided in the application form will be used only for the purposes of the organiser and the event tutor. The data provided will not be disclosed to third parties.
